2015年最後の月となる12月、千代田区四番町に新しいお店をオープンしました。名前は「No.4（ナンバーフォー）」。カフェでもレストランでもベーカリーでもない、7つの顔をもった、まったく新しい業態です。キーワードは「ハンドクラフト」。フードには「粉からこだわったパン」「薪釜で焼き上げるピザ」「ベジタリアンやビーガンも楽しめる料理」、ドリンクは「T.Y.HARBOR BREWERYクラフトビール」に「THE ROASTERYコーヒー」に「ナチュラルワイン」、そしてハイブリッドスイーツ「クロフィン（クロワッサン+マフィン）」と、ハイクオリティな7つのプロダクトを体験する自由でカジュアルなお店です。店内とテラス合わせて50席にも満たない小さなNo.4をよろしくお願いします。
