New Restaurant “CRISTA”

新店「CRISTA」オープン

2016年10月27日、青山beaconの跡地に新しいレストラン「CRISTA（クリスタ）」がオープンします！
無垢の木を一面に使い、レザーや植栽など、ナチュラルな素材をふんだんに使ったクラシックでありながらもクラフト感溢れる空間には、オープンキッチンを臨むダイニングやプライベートルーム、ダイナミックなバーとテラスのラウンジエリアをご用意しています。
食事はニューヨーク出身のアメリカ人シェフによるトラディショナルアメリカンをベースにアレンジしたグリル料理。ソムリエが季節ごとに提案するヴァン・ナチュールや極少量輸入ワイン、プレミアムスピリッツのほか、「T.Y.HARBOR BREWERY」直送のクラフトビールなども楽しめます！

On Thursday, October 27, 2016, at the site where beacon used to stand, our new restaurant named “CRISTA” will open!
In this classic, hand-crafted, quality atmosphere surrounds walls of pure wood, with natural materials such as leather and various greenery. Within, find an open kitchen looking out towards the dining area along with a private room, a dynamic bar, as well as a terrace lounge area.
Our food concept incorporates a specially arranged grilled cuisine with traditional American, created by our New York-born American chef. In addition to a classic wine selection, our sommelier will suggest seasonal natural wines and specially imported wines, along with our line-up of premium spirits and craft beer from
T.Y. HARBOR BREWERY!

Autumn Craft Beer

秋のクラフトビール

11月のbrewer's choiceは、東京・青梅にあるグループ農園「T.Y.FARM」で種から育てたかぼちゃを使ったパンプキンエール！このかぼちゃは、 自然の恵みを活かして耕す広大な畑で、心を込めて無農薬で育てたアトランティックジャイアント。この大きなかぼちゃでつくるビールは、スパイスを効かせ、すっきりとキレの良い仕上がりです。まさに“メイドイントウキョウ”を象徴するクラフトビール。

Our November brewer's choice is the Pumpkin Ale, made from organic pumpkins grown and harvested from our group farm, T.Y. FARM. These pumpkins called Atlantic giants were planted in a vast field, grown organically and making use of its natural environment. The seasonal beer made from these large pumpkins has a kick of spice, giving it a crisp and refreshing finish. It is indeed the definition of “Made in Tokyo” craft beer!

Thanksgiving Special Menu

サンクスギビングスペシャルメニュー

今年のサンクスギビングは、天王洲「T.Y.HARBOR」、原宿「SMOKEHOUSE」、青山「CRISTA」の3店舗でスペシャルメニューをご用意します！当日限定でローストターキーやパンプキンパイ、クランベリーレリッシュなどアメリカの伝統的なサンクスギビングメニューをお楽しみいただけます。また天王洲「BeNTO EXPRESS」では、毎年恒例の ローストターキーパッケージを販売します。ご家庭でも食卓を囲んで本格的な収穫祭をお過ごしください。

This Thanksgiving, T.Y. HARBOR (Tennoz), SMOKEHOUSE (Harajuku), and CRISTA (Aoyama) will be offering a special Thanksgiving menu! The one-day only menu will include traditional items such as roast turkey, pumpkin pie and cranberry relish. BeNTO EXPRESS in Tennoz will also have their annual Turkey Package available for sale. Whether it be at our restaurants or in the comforts of your own home, celebrate Thanksgiving with TYSONS & COMPANY!
