雷庵の年末は31日まで休まず営業！大晦日は、一年の締めくくりに欠かせない年越し蕎麦を楽しめます。店内で手打ちする蕎麦は、挽きぐるみを混ぜ合わせた国産の蕎麦粉を使い、風味と食感が絶妙なバランス。鰹と鯖の繊細な出汁で作るつゆが蕎麦の甘さを引き立たせ、上品な味わいを堪能できます。
RYAN will stay open for the rest of 2016 until December 31st! Come spend New Year’s Eve with us and enjoy traditional Toshi-koshi soba to celebrate the New Year. Their handmade soba is made with Japanese buckwheat flour milled with buckwheat berry chaff, creating a well-balanced aroma and texture. The refreshing soup made from the delicate stock of katsuo and saba highlights the flavors of the soba.

今回のバーガーフェスは、天王洲T.Y.HARBORと原宿SMOKEHOUSE、初参加crisscrossの3店舗同時開催！T.Y.HARBORでは、定番のアメリカンなラインナップに2種の新作と2016年SMOKEHOUSE No.1に輝いたバーガーをご用意します。SMOKEHOUSEではアメリカ南部をイメージさせるオリジナルバーガーのほか、今回の目玉となる巨大な4段重ねのモンスターバーガーが登場！そしてcrisscrossには、併設のベーカリーbreadworksで今回のイベントのためだけに用意した個性豊かなバンズとオリジナルパテの数々。毎週通いたくなる週替りのバーガーを楽しめます。バーガーフェスの期間中は、バーガーをオーダーすると必ずもらえる全店共通のビールチケットも楽しみのひとつ。次回来店時にT.Y.HARBOR BREWERYのクラフトビールやオリジナルビアカクテルなどに交換できます。
BURGER FEST 2017 will take place at T.Y.HARBOR, SMOKEHOUSE and crisscross! At T.Y.HARBOR, in addition to the classic American burger line-up, there are 2 new special, original burgers as well as SMOKEHOUSE’s No. 1 favorite burger of 2016. SMOKEHOUSE will offer a burger menu with their conceptual southern image and this year the star item will be the 4-layer Monster Burger! Finally at crisscross, there will be a variety of items with original patties and burger buns baked just for this event at breadworks next door. The weekly changing burger menu will surely make you want to come back for more! The craft beer ticket that comes with every burger is a great plus. Exchange your ticket on your next visit for a glass of craft beer or a beer cocktail!

2016年もたくさんのお客様にご来店いただき、心より感謝申し上げます。今年は、蕎麦和食「雷庵」のオープンやグループ農園T.Y.FARMとのコラボレーションメニューのスタート、移動型クラフトビアバー「EL CAMION」のローンチや10年続けてきたbeaconのクローズと新店「CRISTA」のオープンなど多くのプロジェクトが動き出した一年となりました。来年はタイソンズアンドカンパニーの原点、T.Y.HARBORが20周年を迎えます。この節目となる一年もたくさんの皆様にお会いできることを楽しみにしています。
Thank you to all of our guests who have come to our restaurants, cafes and bakeries this year. This year was the start of many new projects including the opening of our new Japanese soba restaurant “Ryan,” start of the collaboration menu with our organic group farm T.Y.FARM, launch of craft beer bar “EL CAMION” and the opening of new restaurant “CRISTA” in place of beacon which has come to a close after 10 wonderful years.
The year 2017 marks the 20th year of T.Y.HARBOR, our company’s first restaurant. We look forward to seeing you all again during this milestone year.
