天王洲にT.Y.HARBOR BREWERY 2つ目のブルワリーとなる「パイロットブルワリー」をオープン！300Lの小ロットタンクを導入し、T.Y.HARBOR BREWERYとして新たな試みとなる実験的なビールの開発やコラボレーションビールの製造をスタートしました！パイロットブルワリーで醸造したビールは系列のレストランやバーでの提供のほか、ボトル・量り売りも行います。最新情報は公式HPやSNSをチェック!
T.Y.HARBOR BREWERY's newly constructed pilot brewery is now up and running. By putting in small 300L tanks, T.Y.HARBOR BREWERY will challenge themselves by testing out new beers and creating more collaboration beers. Check out our HP and SNS for more information about where to find and enjoy our beer made at the pilot brewery!

大晦日と言えば年越し蕎麦！今年もこだわりの手打ち蕎麦をご用意しています。そば粉は今年豊作の北海道産「キタワセ」を使い、食感、香り、甘みが絶妙なバランス。豊富にラインナップした日本酒とともに一年の締めくくりをお楽しみください。
Don't forget to end 2017 without traditional toshi-koshi soba to celebrate the New Year. Enjoy quality hand-made soba and special drinks at RYAN. This year's soba is made with Hokkaido "Kitawase" soba flour that creates a terrific balance between texture, aroma and sweetness. Pair with one of the many kinds of Japanese sake to round out the year.

1月、2月は恒例のバーガーフェスを開催！今年は、参加店舗を更に拡大して盛り上げます！お馴染みT.Y.HARBORとSMOKEHOUSE、前回仲間入りしたcrisscrossに加え、新たにCRISTAとNo.4も仲間入り！期間中は、バーガーを頼むとT.Y.HARBOR BREWERYのクラフトビール1杯と交換できるビールチケットをプレゼント！
Our annual BURGER FEST for 2018 will be held in Jan. and Feb.! This time is heated up by including even more restaurants than before. In addition to T.Y.HARBOR, SMOKEHOUSE and crisscross who joined last time, CRISTA and No.4 will be joining in on the fun. 今年もたくさんのご来店ありがとうございました。2017年は、天王洲breadworksのリニューアルやLily cakesの移転、パイロットブルワリーの新設など20周年を迎えたT.Y.HARBORを中心とする天王洲エリアの進化の年となりました。来年も皆様にお会いできることをスタッフ一同楽しみにしています。
Thank you for your continued love and support of TYSONS & COMPANY. This year, there were many changes centered around the Tennoz area that holds T.Y.HARBOR, who welcomed their 20th anniversary this past April. These changes include the renewal of breadworks in Tennoz along with the relocation of Lily cakes and the making of the pilot brewery. We look forward to seeing you all next year in 2018.
