Japanese Soba Cuisine “RYAN”

A new restaurant with a “soba-washoku” concept called RYAN, opened in Mitake-cho, Shibuya. RYAN is the first restaurant for the company Rising, which was created in collaboration with Discovery (President: Kan Sato), running several creative Japanese restaurants in the Tokyo area such as Shokkan and Onogi.
In addition to hand-made soba, there are a wide selection of dishes made from organic ingredients directly delivered from a group farm in Ome called T.Y. Farm. There is a great line-up of organic wine and sake as well, but don’t forget about our craft beer from T.Y. HARBOR BREWERY. Come enjoy the various seating areas from the counter surrounding the open kitchen to the spacious bar, private room, dining space and casual standing area in the terrace.
