Baked Alaska

One of CRISTA’s unique and popular desserts, the “Baked Alaska!” Layered on top of a chocolate nut cake is a chocolate and brandy semifreddo and fluffy merengue. The finishing touches are presented at the table, where the waiter will elegantly flambé the dessert with the “Remy Martin” brandy. A typical Baked Alaska uses ice cream, but at CRISTA, we use a semifreddo to create more texture. Enjoy the taste and presentation of this action-filled dessert.
