On Aug. 2, a small cake shop
will open in Tennoz

天王洲に8/2小さなケーキショップをオープン!

海岸通りからボンドストリートへ入ってすぐの右手、そこに小さなケーキショップをオープンします。名前はリリーケイクス（Lily cakes）。T.Y.HARBORに隣接するケータリングBOND ST. KITCHENの中で、デザートやお菓子などをつくっていたパテシエたちによる、ショートケーキやプリン、シュークリームなどをはじめとした生菓子から、マドレーヌやクッキーなどの焼き菓子、そしてクロワッサンなどのパンも少し販売するケーキショップです。

Walk into Bond Street from Kaigan-dori and on the right hand side, there will be a small cake shop opening. Its name is Lily cakes.
This cake shop will sell a variety of cakes including short cakes, puddings, cream puffs, several baked goods such as madeleines and cookies, as well as some pastries like croissants, all made by the patisseries who used to work at our catering kitchen BOND ST. KITCHEN connected to T.Y. HARBOR.

クラフトビール醸造所T.Y.HARBOR BREWERYから

レストランの名前は3月のリニューアルでT.Y.HARBORと名前を変え、クラフトビール醸造所としての存在感が増してきたBREWERY。2015年も、新しいプロジェクトへトライし続けています。

Since our renewal in March, the BREWERY’s presence has continued to grow especially after making the distinction between it and the restaurant, which was changed to be named just T.Y. HARBOR. In 2015, we hope to continue stepping into new projects.

醸造所見学ツアーを6月から月１回のペースで開催しています。
小さな工場のため前半を見学会、後半を6種類のビールを比較しながら飲んでもらおうという美味しくて楽しいツアーです。次回は8月下旬を予定。当月2週目の金曜日にHPなどのウェブにてお申込み詳細情報をアップします

The first thing we started is the brewery tour, which we will host once a month starting June. Since our workshop is relatively small, the first half will be the tour and during the second half we will provide samplers of all 6 types of our beer for you to compare and enjoy. The next tour is scheduled for the end of August, and details about signing up will be posted on our home page on the 2nd Friday of the same month.

8月限定のブルワーズチョイスとなる季節エールのお知らせです。
NOZY COFFEEとのコーヒーポーターに続き、「メイドイントウキョウ」を掲げるTYSONS&COMPANY（タイソンズアンドカンパニー）が新しいパートナーと共同開発したビールの登場です！そのお相手は、Minimal（ミニマル）という富ヶ谷のビーン・トゥー・バー・チョコレート（Bean to Bar Chocolate）専門店。世界中から品質の良いカカオ豆を仕入れ、自社工房にて豆からチョコレートを製造しているお店です。
今回その「カカオビール」を造るために、コロンビアのシエラネバダ産という、ごく少量しか流通していない希少な豆をMinimalがオリジナルレシピで焙煎、使用しています。出来は、今までのカカオビールのイメージを覆す驚きの色と、香りと、味！色はウィートエールに近い黄色ですが、フルーティーさをもちながら、ほのかな酸味とナッティーな香ばしさもある、本来のカカオ豆がもつ味わいや香りを存分に引き出せた、新しい体験ができるクラフトビールとなっています。
TYSONS&CAMPANYでは8/1からブルワーズチョイスとして展開しますが、Minimalでは7/24のイベントを皮切りに、グランドメニューとなります

Next, we would like to let you about our Brewer’s Choice seasonal ale for August! After producing the coffee porter with NOZY COFFEE, TYSONS&COMPANY has collaborated with a new partner, to make a brand new beer right here in Tokyo. Our new partner is Minimal, a Bean-to-Bar-Chocolate specialty shop from Tomigaya. They purchase high quality cacao beans from all over the world and turn those beans into chocolate in their own factory.

BREWERYムービーの告知です！長い間つくりたかったムービーが、ついに！完成しました。8月中旬HPでの公開を予定しています。TYSONS&COMPANYらしいストーリーの詰まったBREWERYの様子をお伝えします

Lastly, there will be a BREWERY movie coming soon! The movie we have taken a long time to create is finally complete. It is scheduled to be uploaded on our homepage in the middle of August. We will show you a glimpse of the BREWERY comprised of a TYSONS&COMPANY-like story.

THE ROASTERYの夜はコーヒーとお酒を楽しむ！

夜のTHE ROASTERYは、ここでしか飲めない！のT.Y.HARBOR BREWERYのコーヒーポーターや、シングルオリジンコーヒーをベースにしたカクテルなど、お酒を楽しめる時間があります。デザートも、シングルオリジンを水出しし自家製練乳までつくったこだわりコーヒーゼリーに、エスプレッソ、ミルク、カフェラテ！の３種類のソフトクリーム、そして生地を4日寝かせてつくるドーナッツN.Y.リングスがあり、ディナーの後にお店を変えてもうちょっと。。。や、デザートを食べに行こう！もOK、お酒もあれば、いろんなシーンで使えるコーヒーショップです

In the evenings, THE ROASTERY will offer specialty drinks such as T.Y. HARBOR BREWERY’s coffee porter and single-origin coffee based cocktails that is only available here! For dessert, there will be home-made coffee jelly made from cold-water brewed single-origin coffee, 3 types of soft cream (espresso, milk, café latte), and our N.Y. Rings made from dough we have let sit and rise for 4 days! “Let’s change the scene after dinner...” or “Let’s go get dessert!” Either one is OK! We have a variety of drinks for you to choose from, and it is a coffee shop fit for any kind of scene.
