Cold Tom Yum Style Shabu-Shabu Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2):

Pork Loin 150g
Bean Sprouts 70g
Coriander 10g
Cucumber ½
Mini Tomato 4
Tom Yum Kung Nuts 30g
Ao-jiso Dressing 40g

Recipe:
  1. Parboil bean sprouts and pork loin.
  2. Slice cucumbers, coriander into 4cm width and tomatoes to your preference.
  3. Plate in order from bean sprouts, pork, cucumbers, tomatoes, coriander and nuts. Top off with ao-jiso dressing.

Point
Parboil the pork at approximately 85 degrees for max tenderness!
