Cold Tom Yum Style Shabu-Shabu Salad

- Ingredients (Serves 2):
Pork Loin 150g
Bean Sprouts 70g
Mini Tomato 4
Tom Yum Kung Nuts 30g
Ao-jiso Dressing 40g
- Parboil bean sprouts and pork loin.
- Slice cucumbers, coriander into 4cm width and tomatoes to your preference.
- Plate in order from bean sprouts, pork, cucumbers, tomatoes, coriander and nuts. Top off with ao-jiso dressing.
Parboil the pork at approximately 85 degrees for max tenderness!
