What kind of food can you provide?
In addition to menus from restaurants and cafes operated by TYSONS & COMPANY, we can propose menus tailored to your theme or event. We accommodate various catering styles, including finger foods, buffets, and seated courses.
What types of drinks can you offer?
We provide a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and soft drinks. We also offer craft beer from our own brewery, T.Y.HARBOR Brewery, as well as high-quality coffee from our roastery, NOZY COFFEE.
What kind of craft beer and coffee services are available?
For craft beer, we can set up a beer server on-site for tap service, or we can offer beer catering with our beer truck, EL CAMION by T.Y.HARBOR Brewery. We also offer barista services with our in-house roasted coffee, which is popular for various events.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently, we do not offer regular food delivery services. However, we do offer seasonal delivery for holiday packages for Thanksgiving and Christmas only. We specialize in full-service catering, where our staff handle everything from setup and service to cleanup on-site.
Can you accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-friendly requests?

Do you provide support in English?
Yes, we offer support from inquiry to event day in English.
What is the process from inquiry to event day?
Inquiry → Consultation → Proposal → Final Order (Contract) → Event Day. Your reservation is confirmed once the contract is finalized, and we will secure your desired date. Final Order Deadline: 14 days before the event. Final Guest Count Deadline: Confirm by 7 days before the event (excluding weekends and holidays).
What are the cancellation policies?
・From 7 days prior: 30% of the final estimated amount ・From 5 days prior: 50% of the final estimated amount ・From 3 days prior: 80% of the final estimated amount ・From 2 days before to the day of the event: 100% of the final estimated amount
