For our dinner service, savor our signature Mizutaki courses elevated with the finest
seasonal ingredients. We are also proud to introduce an exclusive, reservation-only lunch
experience featuring Chicken Soba and Chicken Congee. This delicate broth is crafted using only
natural well water drawn from our own grounds—free of additives to ensure the purest flavor.
