Explore the Art of Tasting: Public Cupping at BREWS

We are delighted to announce regular Public Cupping sessions
at BREWS in Tennozu, presented by NOZY COFFEE.

Cupping is the definitive, sensory tasting method used to evaluate coffee quality
using a cupping spoon. By eliminating brewing variables, this process illuminates the subtle,
unadulterated flavor profiles and aromas unique to each harvest and origin.

Participants will enjoy a curated tasting lineup featuring BREWS favorites, featured roasts from
THE ROASTERY and Kyoto’s flow, as well as rare Cup of Excellence (COE) award winners.

Guided by our knowledgeable baristas, these sessions offer a supportive environment for coffee
enthusiasts of all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned industry professionals.
