What can you do for birthdays or special anniversaries?
We can prepare an assorted dessert platter with a personalized celebratory message to suit your budget and party size. Please place your order via telephone.
Can I bring my own wine?
You may bring up to two bottles of wine for a corkage fee of 4,000 yen per bottle. Please let us know your request when making your reservation.
Are children welcome?
We provide high chairs, children 's tableware, and a kids' menu. Our facility includes a multipurpose restroom with diaper-changing stations. Some tables can accommodate strollers; please consult us by phone in advance. (Please note: We do not have a private nursing room. Baby food is permitted, but outside lunch boxes or snacks are not allowed.)
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Guests using wheelchairs are more than welcome. We will guide you to a step-free area, so please inform us of your needs by phone in advance. We also have a wheelchair-accessible multipurpose restroom. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only permitted at specific terrace seats. As these are outdoor seats, availability may be affected by the weather. There is no air conditioning; however, outdoor heaters are provided during the winter. Reservations for pet-friendly areas are accepted by phone.
Do you offer allergy-friendly options?
Our menu includes a QR code that allows you to check for the 8 major allergens. Additionally, some dishes can be prepared without specific ingredients. Please contact us by phone to discuss your requirements in detail.
Do you have vegetarian options?
While we do not have a dedicated vegetarian menu, some of our dishes can be modified to be vegetarian-friendly. Please consult with our staff for details.
Are private parties or buyouts available?
Partial area buyouts are available at T.Y.HARBOR, and standing buffet parties are available at the River Lounge (our floating restaurant). Please refer here for budgets and maximum capacities.
Is there parking available?
A partner valet parking service is available for our guests from 10:00 to 22:00 (final check-in at 21:00). The fee is 1,000 yen per use (cash only). Please note that valet parking cannot be reserved and spaces are limited.
Is boat/cruiser mooring available?
We do not accept arrivals by boat or cruiser.
Is media filming or professional photography permitted?
Inquiries regarding media coverage or location rentals are not handled at the restaurant. Please submit your request via press form. (Note: Filming is only permitted on weekdays before the restaurant opens.)
Do you sell beer to go?
Beer is not sold for retail at T.Y.HARBOR. However, it can be purchased at our neighboring sister shop, BREWS, or through our online store.
